Return Policy
Return Period:
You have 14 days from the order date to request a return. Items must be in Unopened original condition, unused, with tags, packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Includes perishable goods (Tobacco, E-Juice, Disposables, Gummies), custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges:
Return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Refunds
