Shipping Information

We offer AfterShip Protection for your orders, ensuring peace of mind for safe and secure delivery. This service covers your vaping gear and nicotine products against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

Pickup Location:

Torrance Location, 24424 Hawthorne Blvd Suite A, Torrance, CA 90505. Usually ready in 15 minutes.

Store Hours:

Open 7 days a week, from 10 AM to 10 PM.

Return Policy

Return Period:

You have 14 days from the order date to request a return. Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

Contact us at info@smoke-spot.com for return initiation. Returns should be sent to our Torrance location.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

Includes perishable goods (E-Juice, Disposables, Gummies), custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges:

Return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

EU Customers:

14-day cooling-off period to return orders for any reason.

Refunds, once approved, are processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method.
